When we say "Company", "we", "our", or "us" in this document, we are referring to ABN Asia and its affiliates, including ABN Europe OÜ (Estonia). When we say "Services", we mean any product created and maintained by ABN Asia, including OpenAds, CatLingo Box, GreenOS, OpenTravel, OpenCopyright, and all other products listed on abnasia.org. When we say "You" or "your", we are referring to the people or organizations that own an account with one or more of our Services.

We may update these Terms of Service in the future. Whenever we make a significant change, we will refresh the date at the top of this page and take appropriate steps to notify account holders. When you use our Services, now or in the future, you are agreeing to the latest Terms of Service.

1. Account Terms

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You may not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be a human. Accounts registered by bots or automated methods are not permitted.

2. Payment, Refunds, and Plan Changes

• Paid services require payment in advance. If you do not pay, we may suspend your account.
• All fees are exclusive of taxes. Where required, we will collect applicable taxes.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for refund requests.

3. Cancellation and Termination

• You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
• Upon cancellation, your content will be inaccessible. We may permanently delete your data after a reasonable period.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

• All content posted on the Services must comply with applicable copyright laws.
• We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide. All materials uploaded remain yours.
• The names, look, and feel of the Services are copyright of ABN Asia. You may not duplicate, copy, or reuse any portion without express written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABN Asia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Tallinn, Estonia.
